QI. Are you a factory or trading firm?
A: We have our own factory with over 60 workers in total.
Q2. What is the MOQ for your jewellery?
A: 30 SKU for bulk order and 5 SKU for sample order.
We welcome sample orders to test and check the quality.
Q3. Is it OK to engrave by etching or laser-stamping my logo on the jewelry?
A: Yes.
Q4. What about the lead time?
A: Samples order less than 10 days, mass production time (over 1000 SKU) within 25 days, it may vary depend on production process.
Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL.EMS, TNT, FedEx or UPS. To Asian, European and American countries, it usually needs about 3-7 days. To other countries, it may take about 5-15 days. Airline or sea shipping are also optional.
Q6. Is there a discount for larger orders of Wholesale jewelry?
A: For new customers, there is a small discount, but when the value of the order is increased, we will provide a larger discoimt. For current and active customers, we are happy to provide a discount for your loyalty. Please enquire.
